An online negotiation tool considered one of the most transparent ways to buy or sell — every bid is timestamped and visible in the auction room.
Forward (FA) is for selling — bidders raise the price. Reverse (RA) is for procurement — bidders lower the price. Both run as live online negotiation.
If a bid lands in the final 3 minutes of a lot, the end time auto-extends by 3 minutes so no one is unfairly cut off — this repeats until bidding goes quiet.
Both companies and individuals — companies register with GST/PAN/CIN, individuals with PAN, Voter ID or Aadhaar. Placing a bid commits you to the price submitted.
Complete KYC on the website or app, choose Individual or Company, accept the User Agreement, then pay the membership fee to unlock bidding.
Unsuccessful bidders can request a refund immediately after the auction closes (no interest). For successful bidders, EMD is held pending client approval and released after the job is completed.
